To the doctor, to the doctor...

I went to my first OB appointment on November 23rd. I hate having to find a new OB, but I'm not thinking commuting to my old OB in GA is feasible. LOL Overall I really like the practice and think that the Dr. and I will have good relationship. She did mention induction. (I have very fast labors and so she was saying in order to avoid me 'having the baby in the car' she might choose to use measures of induction) I told her I would not want to use pitocin since I have natural childbirth and really I don't need artificially induced contractions to deal with. She was very understanding and said there were other options etc. Honestly delivery is pretty far down the road and so I didn't want to have a big discussion and such on how I don't want to be induced. It's definantly something I'll take a stand about, but it's just not worth it this early on in the pregnancy (if that makes sense). I'd like a chance to get to know the Dr. better and allow her to know me better before we finalize delivery options.
